Baked Salmon `a la Henderson Dip
Top salmon with Henderson Dip, roasted asparagus spears, dill, lemon slices, and chopped green onions. Fold and close foil tightly around salmon and bake for 20 minutes, at which point, check for doneness. Salmon should gently pull apart, otherwise bake for 5-6 more minutes. Salmon is best when moist, not dry and overcooked.
