Ingredients:
- 2 8oz Salmon Fillet
- Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup Henderson Dip
- Asparagus Spears, roasted, 4 Spears Per Fillet
- Lemon, sliced thin
- Fresh Dill
- Green Onions, finely chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take a large piece of aluminum foil and brush with olive oil before placing salmon fillet in center. Top salmon with Henderson Dip, roasted asparagus spears, dill, lemon slices, and chopped green onions. Fold and close foil tightly around salmon and bake for 20 minutes, at which point, check for doneness. Salmon should gently pull apart, otherwise bake for 5-6 more minutes. Salmon is best when moist, not dry and overcooked.
