This creative appetizer recipe encourages your guests to craft custom, Asian-inspired Henderson Dip Won Tons.
Ingredients:
- 12 Won Ton Wraps
- Vegetable Oil Cooking Spray
- ¾ lb. Fresh Cooked Salad Shrimp
- 4-6oz of Henderson Dip
- Suggested Toppings:
- Thinly Sliced Green Onions
- Capers
- Chopped Kalamata Olives
- Chopped Red Pepper
- Chopped Mixed Salad Greens
- Chopped Cilantro
- Fresh Lemon Slices
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray each wonton wrapper with cooking oil. Spray side down, gently fold into mini-muffin pan and bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until crisped and lightly brown. Cool on paper towels. This may be done several hours before serving.
For buffet-style toppings bar, arrange shrimp and additional toppings around bowl of Henderson Dip on a serving platter. Guests may then fill their own won ton cups with shrimp, a dollop of Henderson Dip, and favorite topping choices.
