Ingredients:
- Henderson Dip Classic Caesar, prepared
- 2 Cans of Artichoke Bottoms
- Capers
- Chives
Directions:
Prepare Henderson Dip Classic Caesar at least two hours ahead of the assembly of appetizer and chill in the refrigerator. Drain artichoke bottoms on a paper towel for 15 minutes. Once drained, top artichokes with a tablespoon of Henderson Dip Classic Caesar. Finish each artichoke with a couple of capers and small sprigs of chives. Serve on a platter of green leaf salad mix. Enjoy!
